The videos below show the original internal materials for our digital pet clothing patterns product. The evidence demonstrates that these materials were already in our possession and under our control before the reported advertiser used the same or substantially similar materials in their ads and offer.
This video shows a screen recording of our original Google Drive product materials, including internal folders, product files, and visible creation/modification dates around May 16. It demonstrates that the complete product materials were already owned and controlled by us before the reported advertiser began using them.
This video compares the reported ad with our original product files. It shows that the advertiser’s ad contains internal materials from our product, while our original files show earlier modification dates, approximately more than 14 days before the reported ad. This supports that the reported advertiser used our original product materials without authorization.
